The JCC Health Club on the Upper West Side is proud to offer both Drop-In Group Exercise Classes and Registered Exercise Classes for all ages.

Registered Exercise Classes

Specialty registered group exercise classes are taught by innovators in the fitness and wellness industry. These classes are available to the public for a fee, and at a discounted rate to JCC members. Registered fitness includes Mind + Body classes like yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, programs designed for older adults 60+, Cancer Care, Parkinson’s, and programs for Teens + Tweens.

Drop-In Group Exercise Classes

Drop-in group exercise classes are offered daily in person, as well as certain live virtual options you can do at home. These classes are free for JCC Health Club members. JCC Pool, Basketball, and Community members as well as the public are also welcome to participate by purchasing JCC Class Passes.

Boost confidence, fitness, and healthy habits with specialty programs for tweens and teens. Led by certified youth trainers, our classes and personal training sessions support strength, skill-building, and self-esteem in a safe, welcoming space.
