Virtual. Slow, flowing qi gong movements are a great way to calm your mind, relax your body, and prepare for a restful night of sleep. Sleep is important to a number of brain functions, including how nerve cells (neurons) communicate with each other. These gentle movements and breathing exercises calm your mind, helping you to feel more centered and at peace so you are ready to enjoy the benefits of a good night's sleep or a healthy nap.
