Virtual. Positive psychology teaches us how to harness optimism, compassion, and character strengths to enhance our happiness and resilience.

Our thoughts can be our worst enemies, and they can also be our best friends. We’ve all got those voices in our heads that hold us back, stress us out, and limit our growth: “The Judge”, “The Pleaser”, and “The Procrastinator” to name a few. We’ll learn science-backed tools to help you quiet the voices of your inner critic. Create new neural pathways and habits of mind to engage your self-compassion, wisdom, and potential for positive action.

Presenter: Simcha Zevit

Simcha Zevit is a certified positive psychology coach, trained at the WholeBeing Institute, as well as a rabbi, chaplain, certified mindfulness teacher, and decades long “seeker” and “finder”. In addition to her own Wholebeing Leadership and Life Coaching practice, Simcha is a coach and consultant for VITAL WorkLife and several Jewish non-profit organizations. She  offers a holistic and strengths-based approach to leadership and life that increases self-awareness on all levels; body, heart, mind, and spirit.
